Refund and Returns Policy
At Harmonic we make sure all our blends have a wonderful aroma as they are being carefully crafted from quality herbs. You can only love them.
In the isolated case that you are not completely satisfied with any tea you purchase from our website, please get in contact with us to discuss returning your order. The postage will be at your own cost.
In most instances we will give you a full refund of the item’s cost excluding postage. We may ask you to return the item to us. Customers in the UK have a statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days that is not affected by this guarantee, but any tea products must remain sealed for this to be in effect.
Shipment and delivery
- Shipment available all across the UK.
- Weekends, Bank Holidays & Public Holidays (both UK and local) are not included as working days.
- All orders placed after 12pm GMT are regarded as being received by us on the next working day (Monday – Friday).
- All delivery estimates are guidelines and inclement weather, public holidays, and seasonal delays may affect your parcel.
- For all shipments, please give an accessible daytime delivery address.
- Orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to additional custom charges in certain countries. Please be aware that Harmonic company is not liable for these charges. This is in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
Shipping Exceptions
We are currently unable to offer to Europe Tracked Delivery or FREE Europe Tracked Delivery shipping to Ireland due to customs irregularities.
We are currently unable to deliver to Mexico due to customs issues.
We are currently unable to deliver to Spain due to customs issues.
We are currently unable to deliver to China (including special administrative regions e.g. Macau) due to changes in import legislation.

3.2 No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure set out in this Section 3.

4.2 We may periodically change the products available on our website, and we do not undertake to continue to supply any particular product or type of product.

5.1 Our prices are quoted on our website.
5.2 We will from time to time change the prices quoted on our website, but this will not affect contracts that have previously come into force.
5.3 All amounts stated in these terms and conditions or on our website are stated inclusive of VAT .
5.4 It is possible that prices on the website may be incorrectly quoted; accordingly, we will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that the correct price will be notified to you before the contract comes into force.
5.5 In addition to the price of the products, you may have to pay a delivery charge, which will be notified to you before the contract of sale comes into force.
